Job Description

Harbour Marketing is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative(s) to join our Sales & Marketing team at BARRIE, Ontario. As a Team Member, the candidate will have Positive interactions with agents and colleagues. with the highest degree of professionalism in selling Pre-Construction developments at the sales offce in Barrie.

With a team leader who has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Harbour Marketing is one of the top Sales and Marketing agencies for Pre-Construction developments in the Greater Toronto Area. You will be proud to work with some of the hot Pre-Construction developments/projects and have lots of fun at the same time.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and foster Realtor relationships by providing project information, support and guidance
• Keep up to date with market trends and analyze inventory and industry opportunities to anticipate future needs and releases
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
• Greet sales office visitors; ascertain nature of visit and direct clients/purchasers to appropriate product types to generate sales
• Reviewing purchase and sale documents in print and digitally
• Answer phones and electronic inquiries pertaining to product availability and specific sales programs
• Formulate and strategize a framework for project launches
• Use qualitative and quantitative methodologies to study project effectiveness in anticipation of upcoming developments·
• Compile data and statistical information to support research findings related to sales activities and comparable. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities

REQUIRED SKILLS & APTITUDES:

• Experience with pre-construction sales, working in a real estate sales office is an asset
• Flexibility to shift gears in a fast-past environment has a sense of urgency, as well as patience.
• Team player is essential. Works well with colleagues in a team environment, but is also able to work alone and get things done with little supervision
• Strong communication skills (Polished verbal communication skills.) , customer service skills, presentation skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong planning, researching and organizing skills, with Strong attention to detail, is essential
• Thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and sales process of pre-construction developments
• Computer savvy with experience using DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Suites, etc.
• Willingness to adapt to the project processing and clients' schedule, working various hours as needed, including nights and weekends (for home tours, showings, presentation centre appointments etc.)
